"Management of this place is absolutely awful. The employee screamed at me and got an attitude started to curse and continued to scream. When I asked for the manger, he was outside smoking a cigarette. This is the most uncanny and unreasonable behavior for a business attached to a company name. Then when I asked to get a cooperate number the manager demeaned me and kept arguing the hours they closed and they didn't have any orders for pickup. I stated they were taking money from customers and then not following through with making them. Never go to this place."

"I’ve eaten from here a total of four times since they’ve opened. Something has been wrong with my order or something was missing from my order that I paid for and that was listed on the receipt all four times. Were the bags checked prior to leaving? No. Shouldn’t have to be. Did I call to inform them? No. What would that resolve for me in that moment? Nothing. That’s what this is for. So on to the food. The food that I ordered and received was great. No complaints. So far I’ve tried the wings, the burgers, the chicken sandwich, fries, onion rings & fried pickles. If I had picked up my orders during a rush or peak hours of operation I wouldn’t even consider complaining, but all of my orders have been promptly placed the second they opened via their app. So, there’s absolutely no excuse for error, excuse me…continuous errors. I’ll definitely be back though. They’ve got the best fast food smash burger & fries I’ve ever had."
