"Food waa great and plentiful. Our server Angie was great. She had a wonderful customer service attitude. The area could have been a little cleaner the floor had some salt or something on it under our table. But overall great experience."

"My friend and I went after church. When we arrived, there were 2 people ahead of us. So when she took our names, she said I'll seat y'all in a few minutes. Well a few minutes turned into 45 minutes. When we were finally seated, it took a while before our waitress came to the table. By that time, we knew exactly what we wanted to order and we had to ask for rolls. It took an even longer time for our food to come to the table. When we got our food it was cold. We sent it back and asked for the manager. Well a woman came back to our table, she had our exact same food and was trying to give it to us. We told her we sent it back and asked for a manager. She said "I'm the manager." With that being said, it was unprofessional for her not to even let us know she was the manager and try to give us the same cold food. Her name was Ashley. The service was horrible. We ended up leaving and not eating because we had already been there almost 2hrs. Unacceptable!!!"

"I am writing to strongly recommend Logan's on University Drive in Huntsville. The manager on duty last night, Robert, was so very understanding when our reserved group of 30, ended up being only 10. Chelsea was our head server, and she was also so very kind to us. Our experience was rescued from being a disaster to enjoyable. Both of them are top notch in my book."

"The Logan's + grilled chicken. Delicious, steak was perfect, juicy, chicken Parmesan sauce is delightful. Sides are sweet potato and corn. Great service from bartender and rest of the staff as well."

"You too can go to your local Logan’s Roadhouse for a $30 “medium rare filet mignon.” I’m never one to send food back or refuse to eat it, but WOW! If I wanted a medium well sirloin, that’s what I would order. Maybe I’m a food snob, but you cannot tell me this is a filet cut.. respectfully putting aside that it took 45min to receive and the place was completely DEAD during prime lunch time (12:30). It made it even better having the manager argue with me and roll her eyes, adamant that she has a “fool-proof ordering system and there’s no way that’s not a filet.” I suppose common sense isn’t a factor to weigh in. Needless to say, my side Caesar salad was great."
