"It's a food truck parked outside the arts center. Each meal is made fresh. Unfortunately, that means if there's people in front of you, you're going to have a long wait. Meals were $15 each regardless of what you ordered, cash. The portion was large, and with the fresh ingredients, worth every penny. The chef is eccentric, but as the name suggests, has an amazing palate."
"I am rating this with a caveat...exceptional food but slow service. I really wanted to give Chef Will the Palate 5 stars for service. I cannot based on how slow the service is. My friend placed our orders and unfortunately it was over an hour before our food was ready. Moving on, the food was delicious and the ingredients were fresh (perhaps the reason it took so long). I got a quinoa bowl and there was enough to eat for lunch the following day. The prices are reasonable and the food is good for you. If you don't mind the wait, check them out."
