"I truly hate it when I have a bad experience somewhere. I was told that I needed synthetic oil and it would be $90. I told the lady that I don’t get synthetic and she argued with me about it. I’m pretty sure she thought I wouldn’t be aware with what I get in my car so she tried to overprice me. When I told the lady that I would be going somewhere else, she was incredibly rude. Slammed my hood and spoke to the workers rudely regarding my decision to not do the oil change. I decided to go somewhere else. The service was awesome at the other place. I got the oil that I always get and a new air filter for the same price. I felt very taken care of there. I wish I could say the same for this place."
