"Where is the double thumbs up button?! This is one of the best repair experiences I've ever had with tech. I didn't realize only my screen protector had cracked and not my entire screen. I asked the technicians to replace my screen. When they realized I didn't have a cracked screen, they cleaned my phone while I was gone and told me I didn't owe them anything upon my return. When I decided to get a new screen protector, they helped me pick out a new one and understand the details of the protector's warranty. Hopefully, I won't have anymore issues, but I will definitely be spreading the word about this store."
"Went into the UbreakIfix store in Daphne, AL & was met by a nice young man by the name of “Damian.” What I thought was a broken IPhone 15 Pro glass screen turned out to be a fractured screen protector. I just so happened to have an extra screen protector (to be placed on my phone after repair) & Damian had me taken care of in about 10 minutes or so. I was extremely pleased with his professional behavior & wonderfully welcoming personality. He is truly an asset to your company."

"My husband messed up his phone and he was pretty upset because he thought he had lost everything from his phone including pics!!!! UBREKIFIX worked tirelessly to save his info and contacts. The phone was not salvageable, but they sat for 3 days, tirelessly and saved all his photos. And they, Damion and Lacy were absolutely amazing!!! On top of that they cleaned my speaker as a courtesy. And the best part is, if they can’t fix it they don’t charge you!!! What do you have to lose???? Nothing, and I can bet they will have you fixed right up!!!
