"They fixed what I needed but the appointment process was a pain. They had me move up my appointment and then they tried to charge me more then they had quoted me before I gave the greenlight to start the work."
"I scheduled an appointment through the website for 1:30 pm on 11/19/2023 I got to Firestone to only be told that they did not have an appointment scheduled for me, and the first available appointment would be Friday, 5 days later. I had an email confirmation so I was a bit confused because i did not receive a follow up email telling me the appointment was canceled. Why offer the scheduling system if the store will cancel with no notice. The guy at the front desk was able to pull up my request for an appointment, so clearly the can see pending appointments. If they can see this why wouldn't they call or email informing customers that the appointments are not available? This location continues to offer terrible customer service I would NEVER use them again. I also recommend for people to stay away from this location."
"Good experience with Firestone on J. E. Briscoe Way. These guys take pride in their jobs. Derek got me in real quick when I had a breakdown due to a busted radiator. They updated me during the repair and at checkout Andrew was very helpful explaining what was done and why. It’s hard to find good honest folks these days and I am glad to have found this shop. They are Top Notch!!!!"
"My car came out with engine light on. How the hell did that happen ?? All I needed was an oil change. My car had no issues. Was someone trying to make some money off my warranty ? Whatever you all did to my cost, cost me $$ to fix after I had to take it to the dealership. I really should have pursued legal action against you crooked people."
