"Croissants were stodgy in the middle. Underprooved & undercooked on the inside. I also ordered a pop tart which was very very sweet. I would say this place is better suited to someone with a southern American taste preference: sweet sweet sweet. Everything is overly sweetened for my tastes. Wouldn’t recommend here if you prefer European style pastries. But I’m sure many others would enjoy it."
"Ahh take my money. I wish I didn’t have a coffee before this place. The croissant looks so cute and delicious. A true patisserie must have that. This place is small. About seat for 6 to 7 people inside. On a warm day, I think I can enjoy a good coffee and croissant here. I will say walking around Birmingham downtown, this is about the only good coffee spot. People are so friendly here. Keep up the good job."
