"What do I say about The Collins Bar? I had my first date here, so every so often I return. On ALL of my visits it's been consistent: laid back, people are nice, atmosphere is welcoming, drinks are great (and they sure they stay coming). I just love the Periodic Table posted up behind the bar that has Birmingham elements! Go try it out!!"
"Wanted a nice spot to just have a few drinks and chill. Places order and was never served. The lady never told the bartender the order. We politely left. After we had sat and others came in,, received drinks. I guess we were light enough to receive service."

"Cool vibes inside this bar. You tell the server or bartender what you like (they asked us 3 questions, I think) and then they make a drink custom for you. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely go back!"
