La Fête

"We went here for my mother-in-law's birthday after making a reservation for 6 people. We had a great time! The atmosphere was sophisticated but cozy. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the Croque Madame Croissant and the quiche. The only thing I did not enjoy was the fish sandwich, I felt that it was too fishy with not enough seasonings. My wife loved it though, so likely it is a personal preference. We all HIGHLY recommend the Irish Coffee and the Champagne cocktail!!"

"I have tried la fete 3 times now, twice at the old and once at the new. Everytime it just falls short. Today it was cold food, and I just didn't have it in me to complain cause all of the staff seemed incredibly green. The flavor was there, the restaurant is beautiful and I love the new design but the quality just does not seem to be there. It feels like they've got the tools but no captain. Service was pretty slow for being relatively quiet. It's just hard to grasp how the sister location feels run like a machine but here it's more like it is what it is. Hopefully they shine once the staff gets settled in. I still think it's a great spot to go but there's really no excuse for the food to have been cold"

"My husband and I visited La Fête last week for the first time. The reviews are mixed between the two of us. My husband is a vegetarian and most restaurants will make a veggie plate of all the vegetarian sides for him as a meal. Our server told us that the chef would not make that accommodation (this put my husband in a mood). The server forgot to put in our bread order and brought it to us after we finished our meal. My husband and I shared a cheese plate, which we both enjoyed. For his entree, my husband had the Leafy Salad and the Tempura Fried Spring Onions. He said they were both good, but he was still disappointed about the veggie plate. For me, I enjoyed the restaurant and plan to visit again with friends. I had the Speared Gulf Snapper and it was amazing. The bed of almond couscous under the snapper was seasoned well. My husband had a bite of the couscous and agreed that it was delicious. I think if my husband could have gotten a veggie plate with the couscous, Potato Pavè, and the wax beans he would have been happy."

"From the moment we arrived the service was fantastic. The server was ver knowledgeable of the menu and the sommelier was very helpful with the wines. The food was all amazing and the overall experience was great. Started with the bread, oysters, cheese plate, and the potato apps. All amazing. Got the snapper entree which was perfect and tasted the burger which was insane. Finished with the olive oil cake and that was awesome as well. Highly recommend."
