"They sold us a lemon, but repeatedly told us that nothing was wrong with the car. We finally paid $200 for Carl Cannon to tell us the transmission needed to be replaced--which would cost more than we paid for the car. We took it back to the dealership within the warranty period. Instead of making it right, they upsold us. They didn't refund the full amount we paid & instead wrote it up as a regular trade in, giving us credit for the original purchase price, but not the $500 in dealer fees. They also didn't reimburse us for the $200 shop expense. The only decent car they had was twice as expensive as the one we bought before and they wouldn't come down off the price at all. AND, they charged us $500 in dealer fees again. I am beyond pissed, but ready to be done with this. If this car starts acting up, I'm going to consult with an attorney. I will never buy a car from them again. We should have gone to Carl Cannon the first time."
