"Rachel was extremely helpful when I went to this location. Very friendly staff all around and great atmosphere!"
"We had a horrible experience at this store. The employees prevented our son from using the only restroom in the place and purposely mopped the floors in the restroom and hallway and refused to let us use the bathroom while shopping at the store. They only had to wait 5 minutes before mopping and he could have used the restroom but the employee was a total jerk and refused saying he had to mop right then. We put the items we had selected for purchase on the nearest surface and left. We do not recommend this store as it is not user friendly and they obviously do not vet their employees before hiring them."
"It is not a bad bookstore. It is simply the smallest BAM I have ever visited. They do not carry any periodicals and the book selection is similarly reduced. It was clean and well lit with helpful staff."
"A good book place for your needs. This is a smaller shop with a little less than some of the others I've been to, but still a nice shop."
"The people that work there were very helpful and super nice on my last visit. The manager was very knowledgeable on a wide range of topics. He looked up many books and would gladly order anything i needed if it was out of stock. Definitely reccomended this books-a-million over the one in Huntsville. The staff was excellent!"
