"Employees care more about drive thru than people that actually came into the store. Waited 10 minutes just for a drink. Other folks much longer. No one was in a hurry. Guess it doesn't matter, their pay is the same. We have other places now in town. Will definitely go there and give them a try."

"Due to some personal issues I had to get decaf, but the app wouldn't let me make a drink completely decaffeinated, I ordered it anyway not knowing what a pump of frapuccino stuff was, since I had already chosen decaf espresso, however the employee caught the mobile order and asked if I wanted it completely decaf. Saved my heart some trouble."

"The morning crew is fantastic! The two women who lead the morning have great energy, always pleasant. They work hard even when they are out of products. They put in effort to get to know the customers and all of our names and drinks. Let’s promote these two!!! When the new baristas mess up, these ladies pitch in and always will remake a drink without a fuss. I’m always satisfied and truly in a better mood when i leave. These ladies know who they are.
