"Arrangement of furniture makes it very easy to look around. Sales people were informative and very helpful. Big variety in prices and style. Most can be taken home immediately or delivery. I went in today to look at chairs. I was greeted that's it. 4 salespeople were to busy on there cell phones to look an talk about what I was looking for. No wonder there was a couple an myself there. I went to Lackey's next. A manager walked around pointed out different chairs, very friendly & professional."
"Great furniture store. Lots of variety amd great prices. AND. Tax is included on the purchase price. We just bought this Ashley table and it's matching side tables for $500 total. These were almost $1,000 plus tax at the Ashley store."
"Staff was very reluctant to help. Had what we wanted in stock but with some minor issues. Told us to buy it then take a hair dryer to address issues. When I asked them to do it they said they don’t do that or have hair dryers. Imagine, a furniture store that can’t address minor repairs.Business must be great because they don’t really seem eager to sell. Manager was flippant about if any more items were coming in. We said thanks anyway. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, bet their service after the sale is non-existent as well. Frustrating to say the least. Called first. Drove an hour out of the way with intent to purchase. Left aggravated."
"Ordered couches in March and was told today it wouldn't be til the end of June until I received them. When I requested a refund, staff was rude. They refused to call the owner to get a refund started, instead they wanted to leave my invoice on his desk. Claimed they sent a refund after a bunch of back and forth, but the refund still isn't on my card. I definitely do not recommend!"
