"Lacy is about the rudest person I have came across. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and she doesn't deserves to call this her place of employment. Everyone else I have seen there is so kind and friendly. Can lacy before she runs the rest of your business off because I won't be back as long as she is there. I asked her name and immediately she started screaming at me saying she don't care and to call her then. As to whom she is referring to I don't know."
"Line is always like this photo. Literally one cashier in the building during rush hour every day. Not only that but any complaint made to Olivia(the manager) is disregarded and handled like you’re doing something wrong by complaining. You’d think she’s the worst if not for the super tall broomstick of a blonde chick (basically the morning assistant manager)is ALWAYS rude to people and tried to triple charge me for a coffee a few months back and lost me as a 3 year regular (I live a mile down the road and got my coffee there everyday)! Today I couldn’t avoid getting gas but for the past 6 months I’ve gone out of my way to choose the other 2 gas stations on mitt Larry road. I feel like the cashier didn’t deserve to be overwhelmed like he was with that line and finally gave a review today. If I could give a zero star I would twice! I’ve seen many reviews and agree with practically all of them. Good luck on your shopping experience. I’m out."
"The store was once really good but not now. The manager has her hands full and there are a few problem employees. That said I will not be back on the property, I hope things improve and the manager can get things under control. She is a decent person with a lot on her plate."
"Walked in on a guy behind the counter berating a customer. Very out of hand and unprofessional. I just spoke with the customer involved. Apparently he asked the shift manager a question and gave him some info. The shift manager then went and rather than be discrete shared the info and stirred some mess. Made it look like the customer was calling someone a thief. So he told the shift manager he would never tell him anything ever again. And the guy lost his mind. Very unprofessional, not smart enough to be the guy in charge of anything."
