"If I'm being honest, I gave them 4 starts for the food because they don't have potato cakes anymore - I loved those things. But they run specials and the 4 for $10 roast beef sandwiches was a great deal. I walked in for a take out and they got me in and out quickly. BTW - the sandwiches were great. Horsey Sauce rocks! Cherry turnovers have been great for years."
"I was so pleased with the food and service I received at Arby’s in Daphne, AL. An item was accidentally left out of my large order, and when I went to pick it up, the young man who waited on me was so good and apologized for the error and inconvenience it caused me. Lisa had taken care of it when I called about it. That service ethic is absent at some fast food restaurants, and I appreciated the service I got."
"Ordered on arbys app. When I arrived they informed me that their shake machine was down and that they could not refund my money and I would have to call their 800#. I called the number and the guy stalled for 15 minutes gathering basic info before hanging up on me without saying a word. They lost a loyal customer tonight over $10."
