"The food was really great! The service was good with only a bit of a delay in getting a to go box due to our waiter being very busy. I had the chicken, steak, & shrimp fajitas which was enough for my daughter and I to share. It was all so good we ate too much! One of my other daughters got the fish & she said it was excellent. My other daughter got a combo platter that she said was very good also! We were all pleased & glad we chose this restaurant!"

"Great experience. The entire staff was very friendly. Liked the fact there were big screens displaying current football games. I was impressed with their Bahama Mama drink. I had Camarones a la Diabla, very spicy they way I like it although it was a bit salty. For dessert I had a flan. I would definitely visit again with family or even just the bar section to watch a game."

"Really enjoyed enchiladas plate with rice and beans . The chips with salsa was very fresh and we could not stop eating them . My friend had the three tacos and said it was delicious! Highly recommend Don Carlos in Spanish Fort . Our waiter Juan S. was was very attentive and very patient and kind."

"Drinks- 1000% mixed right/ goes down smooth! Food- Seasoned just right/ best steak I had in a while. Cheese dip- spicy( loved it) Just go if you’re in the area! We was passing through & happy we went!"
