"Don't mind me. It's just a random Monday morning and I find myself here on Google, looking to see when this little jewel of a restaurant will open again. Tuesday you say? I'll be there! Everything about this place is wonderful. It is a quaint location that reminds me of NYC fine dining: fast pace, personable service, exquisite flavors. Even on a busy night, the staff was attentive and kind. I'm a people watcher because I care about the full experience. Delighted. It was a delightful experience and I anticipate many visits. Their menu is diverse and though I've only had 3 sushi rolls, two appetizers, and THEEEEE BREAD PUDDING...I would definitely recommend any item offered. Now, let me go pull out tomorrow's Rayza wardrobe in preparation for my return. I think I shall try the Alabama roll."

"After seeing some very positive reviews, we dropped in for lunch on the Thursday afternoon before Christmas, a little after 1:00. The lunch rush was winding down and we were seated immediately. Kirsten, our server, was in the holiday spirit and very welcoming. She was knowledgeable about all the items on the menu and able to answer all our menu questions, specifically the difference between shrimp tempura and shrimp and tempura. She was a great asset for the business and made our meal a much better experience. I had the fish sandwich, which was swordfish that day. Wow! I don't know where I could go to get a better meal. The sauce and the slaw made it most awesome and delicious. My bride had the Coconut Chicken Curry and said it was amazing! All during our visit, the owner (perhaps) and several other members of the staff dropped by to see if we needed anything and to make sure everything was OK. This was a great first visit and we will add this to our rotation. What a great find! Please consider Fairhope when you get ready to branch out!"

"The restaurant was very nice as people have been saying! The service was top notch even when they were busy. Owner was behind the counter helping out, too. I thought that was awesome. Food- we tried truffle fries which was wonderful, so was New York strip! The sushi, I had Rayza roll…… I probably should have read the description little better but it was little too much dressed up for my liking. But overall it was great so we will be back again! I will try more simple sushi next time!! Oh!! White chocolate bread pudding was heavenly!"

"My husband and I finally got to eat at Rayza’s and the quality of food definitely surpassed my expectations! We tried the Korean corn dip which was phenomenal and also ordered some sushi and their burger! All of the sushi rolls looked and sounded good but we ordered the Rayza roll and the Yokozuna roll. Both were fantastic and you could tell everything was fresh. My husband got the burger and said it was a 10/10. We will definitely be back! Editing to 4/5 stars after second visit. Just make sure you read through sushi descriptions. I was under the impression that all the specialty sushi rolls would be delicious but I was proven wrong. Don’t get the steak roll. The steak was cooked to well done and it was entirely underwhelming that my husband had to share his meal with me. I have had better sushi rolls at grab and go markets than that steak roll."

"I am so blown away with this restaurant! Genuinely some of the best sushi my husband and I have ever had. The service was prompt and welcoming, we had Creed as our server, the food was literally outstanding, down to the best bread pudding we’ve had yet (and we know good bread pudding). We can’t wait to bring our family and friends here and spread the word."
