"Ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese, light sauce, well done. Got a whole pepperoni, heavy sauce and not well done. The label on the box was correct but the pizza was not. This is simply having staff not taking the time to read the orders correctly. One thing I could overlook, but for all three requests to be wrong shows a lack of caring. Last time here."
"Figured out why they have a low rating can I get some cheese on my pizza next time and maybe some mushrooms that we paid for . Paid for extra sauces didn't get those either so make sure you check if you pickup from here."
"Ordered a 10 piece wing literally 45 mins ago with ranch and an extra buffalo. Came with no ranch at all and only 8 wings. Which were super tiny. It’s always something with this location. They need better staff that can follow basic instructions!!"
"This location has trouble following simple instructions, such as “Square cut”. Also, they must be having financial issues because the toppings were…..sparse to say the least. Crazy for a 50+ dollar order. Also they have trouble checking the sauce cups to make sure the seals are not broken. Fairhope Location is sadly better. I will travel there next time I want pizza."
"Pizza was great. Purchased a 2 liter, tipped well, never received the 2 liter at delivery. Called the manager and she said the driver would run it back out. Said 2 liter never arrived."
