"I have been a customer of Express Oil since 1996. I keep going back to this location because of the staff and the service they provide. When I go in for an oil change or car repair, I never feel pressured. If I need an air filter, light replaced, etc. I am never pressured to make a definite decision. They give you a print out of any suggested repairs. This print out can be helpful when discussing with a family member. I also like the routine maintenance list they provide. When I have to leave my auto for repairs and if they have a few minutes to spare they drop me off at work. I am thankful I work close to the shop, as a female I don't want to sit at a garage all day. They also let me know what is going on every step of the way."

"The express oil change on valleydale did my last oil change and somehow managed to not get the oil filter tight. I had oil leaking out and blowing everywhere underneath my truck and making a mess everywhere I parked, this location not only fixed it but went out of their way to degrease and clean my undercarriage and tested the oil filter to make sure it was properly installed, they were very apologetic and very professional I would highly recommend this location."
