The techs are very knowledgeable and it’s a family operation. If you are looking for somewhere other than the Audi dealership (because it takes months for an appointment) this is the place to go."

"I brought my 2010 BMW 530i in to have it serviced; might I add I’ve used them numerous times. I’ve never had a problem with them before. I received a call saying my cylinder was not performing, and I could come get it because it would need a new motor running me roughly $3k-$4k. Mind you the guy that helped me was very rude; I asked him what are my options and he said junk it because that’s what I have. Fast forward twelve months later I sold the car to a male friend; he had it towed back to Mike & Mike under his name and they replaced the battery and a few minor things for $700. Ladies please don’t let this happen to you. This was absolutely unbelievable and I really enjoyed how quickly they use to fix my car and get it back to me. I was truly taken advantage of and lost a good car."
