"Our van fan clutch broke we came into order one they didn't have it , but the manager of the store had called the other store to see if they had the part and they did. They drove all the way over there for us to get the part and brought it back to his store amazing people! They also let us borrow a tool to finish the job. "I had a horrible experience at another Advance Auto Store and stopped into this store looking to fuss at somebody. Carrie Dugger, the GM, was available. I told her what had happened at the other store and she went out of her way to make it right. She listened to my complaint, mirrored it back to me so I knew she heard me, and then gave me steps on what to do to fix it. I had decided that I would not come back to Advance until I went in her store. I am impressed with her professionalism and want to say that she is a asset to Advance Auto Parts."
"I had to stop in this afternoon to get my license plate lights changed on my Toyota Camry and Cam stopped what he was doing and immediately came out to help me and took 20 mins doing it all himself while laughing and having a good time doing it! He was extremely professional and super friendly and really helped me out! Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays and I truly appreciate it and Cam for everything!!!"
