I sat in the car due to an excruciating migraine while the subs were being prepared. Even after showing my face and my ID I was denied my free sub. The food is always fresh and the atmosphere is always clean, but Emma (I believe is her name) isn't the friendliest."

"My company was called upon to perform a cleanup job after hurricane Sally, we gathered a team & got to work. Part way through the day i went to town for food to feed my crew. My first place was a pizza shop next door..they were extremely rude upon my arrival, so i went over to firehouse subs, not only was i greeted by super friendly employees, but the store was super clean the customer service great but the food was excellent! thank you so much Firehouse!!"
