"A unusual atmosphere for dining. The service was good. The food would have been a lot better if they had not over salted the fries & the burgers"

"We had the pork belly which was overcooked and hard did not have any taste and we also had that tuna dip that was nasty no taste whatsoever and yes what I don’t understand. Why is the sign out front called Bill-Es with a picture of a Bull wouldn’t that mean steaks instead they serve pig first mistake The second mistake was going there in this first disappointment. I’ve had in a long time with a restaurant that has really no tasting food. I always wanted to go now I wish I never would have went It was a waste of time."

"Sat down for a late lunch. We were greeted by a friendly hostess. Ordered the Bill-E's Bacon Burger, Fries, and the Bill-E's beer. The fries were beyond amazing, so much so I ate them all before I even tasted the burger. The burger was good, but the bacon tends to be a bit salty. Even if you purchase the bacon by the pound, it has the BEST flavor but is still a bit salty. Whenever I get the opportunity, I introduce the bacon to family and friends, and they love it. I rinse the bacon before I cook it, and that seems to help it somewhat. Loved the beer too."

"We went to this restaurant around 5:15 pm on a Saturday night. No wait and it was fairly empty. The hostess and our server were really nice. We were seated right away. We never got any refills on our drinks, which is the only downside to the service aspect. The food was really good! The fries were great, reminded me of homemade fries made with Crisco haha. For the price you’re paying, the food is good. The atmosphere was really unique! They had a small bar area where they were showing college football. As we were leaving they pulled down a projector to show the games as well. We were able to sit on a booth that had an actual tree in it, very interesting! It was pretty quiet for the majority of our meal. I was a bit disappointed as I saw they advertised live music (maybe we were just eating too early). However as we left they turned on the speakers. Billy Joel turned on and everyone eating looked excited. Then whoever was controlling the music changed the station about a dozen time and settled on a type of rap music? I heard another table audibly “boo” haha. Overall, I definitely recommend this for a nice lunch or dinner, especially if you’re watching your budget! I’m excited to come back and try some more of their southern offerings!"

"Stopped by Bill-E’s for a late lunch. The place was fairly empty but it was Labor Day and early afternoon. We sat inside where the ceilings are covered in burlap sacks, the walls are lined with memorabilia, and the tables are basically a photo album of different people over the years (back when people actually printed pictures). Our waitress was friendly but not over attentive. My husband and I shared the bacon cheeseburger with chips and the beer bratwurst with sweet potato fries. The burger was delicious especially with the bacon. I bet their BLT is amazing! The chips were crunchy which I love, almost like kettle chips. The bratwurst overall was not what I’d hoped for. The flavor was what I’d expect, however, I was hoping for more toppings to really enhance the flavor of the bratwurst. The sweet potato fries were the perfect balance of salty and sweet. Cooked perfectly!"
