She was so pleasant on the phone and answered all my questions and promptly got me scheduled. Brian, the owner, came to the house and met with my husband and gave an honest assessment of our needs. He didn’t try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn’t need and was down to Earth and genuine. My husband was super impressed. "Great experience. I contacted the Air Experts early on a Friday morning because our a/c had stopped working the night before. They had a tech out in a couple of hours to take a look at things and unfortunately it was going to require an entire new HVAC system. I assumed it would be Monday at the earliest for installation but they had two guys at my house the next day, Saturday morning, and had it knocked out by early afternoon. Highly recommend!"
