"My payment schedule has always been every 2 weeks on my pay day now it has changed on the opposite week. A worker came to my house 3 days after due date scared my underage child when she was alone and wouldn't leave threatening to come in the house and take the stuff. This is unacceptable and I really want to press charges at this point. I had to threaten to call the police over the phone to gwt her to leave"
"Stay away from the store like the plague try to get a TV twice from them the first time they didn’t show up till way after the window of delivery time. No call no contact just knocked on the door and said we’re here with the TV after I’ve waited all morning for them to bring it was supposed to be between 10 and 12 did not show up after 2 o’clock Second time that I was won’t give a second chance I decided I will go get it and pick it up. They didn’t have the model I wanted but at another store, Jasmine swore up-and-down that it would be there Saturday for me to pick up our raft Saturday band the store manager didn’t know anything about it had to contact Jasmine her excuse was she forgot to send the guys to go get it they don’t follow through with. What they say lack of communication with the customers the district manager is great but the store and he’s completely revamp. People needs to be let go and new people need to be brought in or the store needs to be completely retrained."
"This is my first time dealing with this company and the worst. The manager at the store location was rude and disrespectful, he doesn't need to hold a manager position at all. I would not recommend this company because of the first impression, I just want to pay for what I have and not purchase from them again."
