"What's the point of having a pawn shop if you're not going to let anyone pawn or sell anything to you. every time I go it's like they never want to pawn or let you sell no matter the item. Why are y'all even in business like seriously I'm not being petty or anything"
"Worse experience in my life.. I pawned my L7 kicker comp speaker and Amp, When I returned to redeem the pawn,my amp was scratched to hell and my sub was cracked box carpet extremely dirty and my speaker trim torn. But to add insult to injury the owner got upset when I pointed out the damages, after refusing several times to test my system on the same in store tester I had to initially use to ensure my items worked .. This place is shady and this was my first and last time doing business with Jim's Super Pawn.... Lesson learned.. The owner is trash."
"In the past when I've gone into pawn shops I've always been made to feel unwelcome by the staff. But not at Jim's. The young lady that waited on me was very friendly and helpful as were the other people on staff at this location. I will definitely be a return customer!"
