"This particular Harbor Freight in Birmingham wasn't like the others I've been to. Drove 45 minutes to pick up an item and they hadn't had it in stock for weeks. Website showed in stock. Called before I went, got put on hold and actually timed the hold, hung up after 15 minutes. I saw why when I got there. A line of customers waiting to check out and 1 cashier, 3 other employees on their phones and shooting the bull at the other register. The manager was the only one on the floor and he was working hard. Why pay people to be on their phones? Store was being run by 1 disinterested cashier and 1 hard working manager. Fire the rest."
