"They just don't put care into anything they do. You aren't greeted with friendly smiles. They are sanitary. Half of them do not use gloves. You wait over 10 minutes or longer at times to get your order placed. And several times, I've gotten all the way home to find out my order was incorrect."
"We arrived there by 7:46 and walked in. No one greeted us, we even asked a question and they all ignored us. Then as we were looking around they had raw chicken floured and just sitting out. #1 that is very terrible and can kill someone. It looked like it sat out for a while. The cooked chicken looked terrible. The manager was very rude and ignored us until we said mam are you the manager and if so, this is not the way to run a customer service place. Ignoring us is rude when we asked you a question and turned your head at us."
"Came through to get 6 pieces wings original and it turned out to be ghost pepper wings. Came back to see if they could correct the order and was informed that all they sale was ghost pepper wings. How the hell they don't have the option to sell regular wings. Long story short I ended up tossing the food and going to burger King. Never again. 11/26/23."
"My wife ordered the family meal and waited in line. Found one box had a very tiny wing and thigh, while the breast piece was a good size. On top of that, they forgot to put the potatoes in the order. There's a print slip to show the crew member everything that goes in the bags. Now try calling up there to speak with someone and they don't answer the phone!"
"The food was excellent - hot and fresh. The employees were nice and professional. I did not deduct stars for a broken hand dryer in the bathroom, as paper towels were available. Also, our order was missing a macaroni and cheese side, when we picked it up at the counter, which was immediately handed to us when we mentioned that it was missing. All four of us - hubby, two of our grandchildren, and myself were happy that we stopped in the rain to eat a late lunch here!"
