Little Caesars Pizza

"DO NOT STOP HERE. Do not let them set you to the side. Its has been 20+ waiting for 1 pizza. Would have been faster to pick up at Pizza hut. Then I have to get out of the car and get them to finally get me the order. On top of that tjey get me the wrong pizza and no sauce. DO NOT STOP HERE."

"If I could give them no stars I would. This place has some of the worst service I have experienced in a long time. I waited for 30 min on a cheese pizza only to be told it would be 20 more minutes until my pizza would be ready. I ordered at the counter and had no idea it would take a hour for my pizza or I would have NEVER ordered it!!! Ridiculous"

"I try to not complain about fast food these days because I realize most places are so short staffed but this was absolutely ridiculous.. waited over 30 minutes for ONE pepperoni pizza… I get it they was KINDA busy.. BUT the pizza wasn’t even cut & grease and sauce was coming out the sides of the box majority of the toppings slid off & the entire pizza was soggy…. Couldn’t even eat it.."

"This review is for Little Caesars Pizza in Semmes, Alabama by Walmart and Cato on Highway 98 aka Moffat Road, Semmes, Alabama. This location is HORRIBLE/AWFUL. I have ordered at this location for a while. As of late, I don't know what happened to the service/quality of food. I have ordered from this location on four different occasions and each time the dough was not cooked thoroughly. The first and second time I threw the food away. I ordered the cheese bread and the baby pan pizza. Each time the dough was not cooked. I took the food back on the third time and the manager, Calvin, told me that the dough was the reason the pizza was not cooking all the way through. He said that they changed the dough. He replaced the pizza and I asked him to make sure it was cooked completely. It was okay. Today I ordered a simple order of cheese bread with no Italian seasoning. Got the cheese bread home and it was NOT COOKED. It was HORRIBLE. I took it back to the location and showed it to the manager, who is Calvin. He told me that he sells over 100 cheese breads a day and nobody had ever returned an order. He replaced the order. While I was waiting, I asked the cashier who was assisting me her name because she was kind of rude and refused to give me he number to corporate. She said "I'm not required to give you my name." By the way, her name is Jaleesa. She said this after I asked how to contact home office. She would not give me the information on contacting home office. She told me you can get it from the website or the app if you want it. I also asked Calvin for the number to home office. He said that there is no home office or corporate number because they are franchised and they don't have a home office. He said all he knows is the name of the company that owns the restaurant. He never gave me the name. Well, they got the remake wrong. I always order my cheese bread with no Italian Seasoning. When I told him that the order was incorrect he said I will just give you a refund. Do you want a refund? I can't keep making cheese bread. I said no, I would prefer to have my order. In other words, I don't want your business. He remade the order for a third time. I got the order home and guess what. The dough was still not done. I have attached pictures. This is the worst location. The food sucks and the customer service if even worse that the food. I would give one half star if I could. I will never patronize this location ever again. This is the only location I have ever been to that cannot cook the dough. One last thing. No one in the restaurant had on masks or gloves. They are touching the food without gloves."
