"Ordered Delivery from location in Semmes. Pizza and wings were stone cold when they reached my home. Requested to be cooked a bit longer- it wasn’t. Not sure if the delivery driver took his time because I didn’t tip online, BUT- I tipped a $20 in cash when he arrived. Not worth it."

"Ordered a pizza by delivery as a mistake but was just gonna wait since it had already been done and I had an automatic tip in... my mind changed when the delivery time was 2 1/2 hours and it's 2 miles from my house. Call the business the manager changed it to pickup and told me I couldn't change the tip because it just automatic charges it but he didn't do $7 worth of work and should have found a better way to fix that. Poor service by manager. Pizza Hut now had my business."
