"Out of all of the Starbucks in the Birmingham market, with the exception of the alabaster Kent dairy farm Starbucks, I would say they are one of the best. It's hard to find great starbucks customer service with no mistakes made. The others in my opinion are probably one star, maybe 2 star at best, in my opinion. Doesn't mean they can't make improvements with the proper coaching and proper management."
"Food and drinks consistent to the brand. Service was bad this visit due (which was unusual) to timing of the items in my order. Atmosphere too utilitarian for. Before the remodel it was cozy."

"This location has gone downhill sadly. My two main problems here are the wait time with mobile orders and the quality of my drink. They’re always so swamped and I don’t ask them to re make. So I usually avoid this location. Super nice employees working like crazy and doing their best though. It’s almost like they’re understaffed. I waited 20 minutes for my food. Only two people were working. TWO!"
