"WORST MCD! Now that the MCD burned down let’s get new management and staff. Staff never friendly. Ice cream machine never working. Don’t bother getting in the outer drive thru lane because A. You’ll never be helped or B. Someone will help you when they want after multiple cars have passed through the inner lane. There’s been times I’ve been told my code they don’t recognize (strange bc it’s your app) and can’t give a receipt bc out of paper (hence don’t want a review). Staff at either window never friendly. Are they local workers? It’s Fairhope where people are happy to live and have a job there! No response even when I said Hello or Thank you. Please get new management and staff or just don’t reopen."
"This McDonald’s has recently burned down and it is unsure when it will be back up and running, if ever. The damage was severe and the roof totally caved in. There is extreme damage throughout the building and debris in the parking lot. The fire began on Thanksgiving Day 2023 and the cause is currently unknown. There is another McDonald’s in Daphne open daily in case you need a fry fix."
"Order on app to be picked up at the counter and the doors are locked. Waited thru one line drive through for over half an hour. 3 employees are trying to pressure wash the one closed drive thru canopy and having a good time joking around while the line wrapped around the building. Food is good but the service is awful."
"This McDonald’s and it’s staff is hands down one of the worst. The drive-through only ever has one late open, with the other blocked by random carts. The line stays wrapped around the building and could easily take you 40 minutes to get through and get your food. Today was the 10th or more experience where I have walked up to avoid the line and BOTH lobby doors remain locked so that no one can come in and place orders. Whoever owns and operates this McDonald’s franchise should be forced to close or be replaced. No such improvements have been made for service, cleanliness or speed in over 3 years."
"I gave the location 3 stars because half of the food was cold. My sandwich in particular was cold, dry, over cooked, and where I asked to add cheese there was none. The staff members weren't rude but could have faked a smile or a hello. Our order came out quickly and everything was correct. The happy meal was hot and fresh as well as the fries for the value meal. The burger was barely warm but my daughter was satisfied with it so that's all that matters."
