"If you ever order food from here. Fully expect to NEVER receive your whole order. I’ve given multiple chances (because they are close to my house) and unfortunately the fairhope one is no longer around. They are always leaving the happy meals out of the orders and fries. And If you do get a kids meal you’ll get chicken but no French fries OR French fries but no chicken in the happy meal box. (that has happened a few times for me) It’s not that hard to read a receipt and pack a bag."
"staff always seems overwhelmed maybe because of staffing issues. orders take forever sometimes. Most of them are really friendly."
"Typical McDonald's, but pretty slow at serving the drive thru. Plus they ran out of hash browns and I could hear them talking to the driver in front of me telling him that they had run out of certain drinks."
"The rudest people I’ve met at a McDonald’s location. Went through drive through asking for the squishmallows. The lady told me I could come in to purchase them by themselves. I get inside and after waiting to make sure they have them am told I cannot purchase them by themselves. The woman said here I’ll get my manager. The manager tells me I can purchase the squishmallows but the lady behind the counter says well no the other manager said we can’t. So 5 minutes later I’m told I cannot and have to leave with my daughter basically in tears because we are finally told a location has them only to be not allowed to purchase the toys alone. Just terrible to do to children."
"Waited in the drive through line for 13 minutes and 47 seconds (after I started a timer, probably closer to 15 minutes) and then proceeded to go inside to order. Waited for about 3 minutes with no employee approaching the counter. There were probably 10 people working and I know at least 3 of them made eye contact with me and proceeded to ignore me. I placed my order on the kiosk and then waited another 10 minutes before someone finally acknowledged my existence. Also just about every table was dirty. A woman had to ask an employee for something to wipe her own table down with and the woman she asked scoffed and rolled her eyes. I’m pretty sure that was the manager... An employee then came out and wiped down the table and he seemed like a good dude. All in all this was a 0.05/10 experience. Would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. There is another one in Spanish Fort about 10 minutes down the road (it’s the next exit off of i10 heading westbound) and it is worth the extra drive."
