"Had me wait to be seated and they waited on me like I was at the Red Lobster. Wth!!! I come there to sit and it. It's fast food. I enjoy the shakes though. I will be using the drive thru for now on. The cheese fries were disappointing. Never again on that item."
"One of the very few remaining Steak ‘n Shakes in the area. We stopped in for lunch and there was only two other occupied tables. The burgers and fries were good and of course the chili was delicious, but not served very hot. Waitress was extremely friendly and efficient."
"This place has declined from what it used to be. The table we were seated at had not been cleaned off. It took 45 minutes to receive our order for 3 burgers & fries. When we finally did all of the fries were already cold. Trying to get fresh fries took another 15 minutes. The ketchup bottles on several tables were empty. The server genuinely tried but it takes more than 1 person to make a good restaurant."
