"Service and facilities were top notch. We received our food quickly and it was quite hot. Sweet Tea was also well done. However… The Beef Brisket was terrible. Easily the worst I have ever had in my decades of BBQ love. The sauce was also quite substandard. My sides of tater salad and Collards were fine."
"Didn’t even make it to the table to feed my husband and kids without getting smart remarks about McDonald’s being down the road from the kitchen. Sucks to leave halfway through my order when i work at a reputable bar myself. 0/10 don’t bring your family here. I normally don’t leave reviews, because I’m industry. But this place is a JOKE. Sweet guy at the point of sell. Pretty sure the owner also greeted us. Experience was great up until the man touching our food had something to say about making my kid a burger. Get freaking real."
"I can tell y’all don’t specialize in brisket. (I know it alabama) It was super dry and not tender at all. Did y’all change the recipes on the side dishes? The potato salad was all mayonnaise and potatoes were undercooked. The beans had no flavor and way to sweet. The bbq sauce wad delicious. Someone needs to be the taster before putting it on the line. Overall it’s ok at best."
"The quality of food at this location is subpar. I took a hiatus from this location but was near it so I decided to try it. This drive through is slower than other locations so you expect a high level of food. My chicken baker had huge piece of dry chicken that I had to pull apart. I stopped ordering the drinks because they’re usually watery. There have been times I can the fried fish was over salted and ordered the chicken tenders they were bland. Nothing is ever consistent so I’ll continue to drive the extra 10-15 minutes to a better location"
