"Went. To get breakfast there sun Jan 21. They pulled us. Around. We. Waited almost 20 mins. For our food then. When we. Got it. It. Was. Wrong and. Cold. As. Ice. Went back threw. Drive threw to get it resolves they asked me me to come inside. Then accused my wife of eating some of it. Then got. Attitude cause I wanted. Refund. For cold nasty food. The whole. Experience was horrible and I do not recommend any one should. Eat at this place. . Trash food and. Trash service period ! MEAN AND GHETTO!"
"I ordered Bojangles off of doordash at 9:00pm. They accepted my order, and from what I can assume, did absolutely nothing else for it. My food was supposed to arrive at 9:30, however, at 9:40 i get an email saying that my order was cancelled, and a message from my dasher saying that Bojangles said they were closed, and would not be making my order. I am not one to ever complain, and I work in the food industry so I understand that getting customers coming in 10-15 minutes before close can be frustrating. However, my order was placed an hour before closing, and they let it sit there until 9:40, and refused to make the order, when they still weren’t closing for another 20 minutes."
"Even if you had the patience to wait on someone to take your order at the drive through or inside It would be amazed me if you received what you ordered. I’ve tried 3 times in the last week and a half and still no one have taken my order. I just get “in a minute” , “In a minute as you hear the employee laughing and cutting up. Never again. Can’t rate the food here I’ve never been served."
"Wasted over $49.00 on a tailgate family meal. See pics and video. I ended up having to make my 2 littles spaghetti because the 12 "Supreme tenders" were so hard they couldn't eat it. (They also broke tenders in half to make 12 ) They gave less than half of the container of Mac and cheese and when I tell you 1/4 of the container of gravy for the mash. (Just enough for 1 person) The only thing that was good was the biscuits. We are so disappointed. I threw out more food than was eaten. If you have a problem don't bother to call because the line just beeps like it's off the hook or busy. Very disappointed. The drive thru employee was pleasant and they did give napkins and utensils."
