However, on a recent visit, as we approached the register, they unexpectedly closed early, leaving us disappointed and without an explanation. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, the lack of communication regarding the closure led me to speculate about the potential reasons behind it. Unfortunately, this incident aligns with some recent negative reviews highlighting issues with management and customer service. Despite this setback, I am willing to give Captain D's another chance in the future, hoping for a better experience on our next visit, perhaps in a few months' time."
