"First time having Krispy Kreme and was disappointed. Perhaps due to the time we went which was around 3 but when you crave sweets you crave sweets. Will not be going back, I do not understand the hype. Their donuts tasted like any other manufacturer out there but still can't beat the mom and pop shop ones."
"For some reason, they never have doughnuts. The staff has no idea what’s going on. I just left and the lady behind the register gave someone more change than they needed and when the customer said that it was too much, the worker said keep it. They were yelling at each other and no one knew how to make a coffee for a customer in front of us. Poor customer service, terrible training, and never any doughnuts. Only reason I gave two stars is for the once in a blue moon that the hot light comes on."
"This is now one of only two Krispy Kreme locations in the greater Birmingham area, and the only one south of the city, so it's usually pretty busy, and the drive through line especially can get very long. We usually go inside to order so it goes quicker. Staff is friendly, and while every so often a certain type of donut may be out, we've never had problems with day-old or otherwise subpar products. There is some seating in the cafe if you want to eat there, and the donut assembly line is fully visible to watch as you wait. Their hot sign is regularly on!"
