"Ordered Mocha Frappe 6:00 AM through mobile order. Lady at the drive thru was hostile and rude. I even thanked her and she turned her nose up at me and slammed the window shut. I won't come back to this location."
"We stopped by around 10pm and person on the drive thru refused to take my order saying their system was down, and was going to take 15 minutes, we said we’ll wait and coincidentally the system was back up, but then proceeded to said all the items we ordered weren’t available at the moment…. Sounded like the dude didn’t want to work and had a really bad attitude."
"The Hoover McDonald's has completely changed since I last ate there. The 2 young men running the drive-in last night were absolutely amazing. I got my order hot and right and even a smile and a laugh from these two guys. They deserve the highest rating as they have made significant changes to the drive-through and we're absolutely accommodating and every way. I will definitely. The customer service was above & beyond. I was even called by name."
"Service was HORRIBLE. The workers there are extremely rude , you can tell there being forced working there. They are just so rude for no reason. They were slow tho there wasn’t many ppl waiting. Food was okay. I recommend going somewhere else for sure."
