"The experience was awful my first 60 seconds of walking inside of this pawn shop . I wasn't greeted by any of the staff so I just proceeded to walk by , back towards the jewelery ( which is directly next to the firearms ) . As I was walking towards the rings , I was completing a message on my cellphone before sending it off to a loved one , before I could even look up to glance at the items I came for , one of the female staff yelled at me " you can't have your phone out in front of the firearm case ! " , Which was unnecessary because I came here to look at the rings that are DIRECTLY NEXT TO THE FIREARM CASE !! It's crazy how they can't open their mouth to greet a customer with any kind of hospitality but they immediately tried to go on a petty , power trip & make assumptions about something that I didn't even come to the store for , let alone pay any attention to.-The employee made my visit so awkward and uncomfortable , I just left without exchanging any further words and went to spend my money at EZ pawn down the street and was able to actually make a good , convenient purchase there . EZ pawn had waaaay more options and better jewelery than this place"

"I just got me a drill for $30, great buy considering I done spent over $50 dollars on hyper tough impact and drill combo. Just to get it home and charged for it not to even work."

"Today my husband went in there and look at MacBook Pro he had it his hands looking at it ask the manger if that was the best price she had an attitude about it he said he could pay that then another came in from the parking lot and said he was looking at that MacBook before even though my husband did not see him in there while he was in there the manager give it to the other guy because he was there before and outside in the parking lot and came back in even the other guy told him he thought that was not fair and even ask me if I wanted but by that time He did not want to give money to the store I think her name is Mona we are in there so much and spend a lot of money there for years that they know me by name just feel like today was disrespectful may not be back in less that manager is let go"

"I have bought a few things and didn't feel like they cared one way or the other, went on today stood at counter probably 15 mins and not one person asked if I needed help, I just walked out. Wasn't looking for them to roll out the red carpet, just wanted someone to care if I needed help."
