"Just wanted to shout out the employees here! No matter how busy, they’re all so nice to everybody and extra helpful. I know my order is gonna be just how I want it and I’m gonna leave with a smile at this location every. single. time!"
"I was in the area and placed an in app order. The only thing wrong with my visit was my drink was not ready when the app said it would be. With that being said, they were properly staffed and it almost felt like I stepped into Santa's Coffee Shop. The staff was nice and friendly on a whole different level which created a unique in a good way experience in the store. I was pleasantly surprised by what I witnessed and the time and care the staff took to make the orders. This is one of the better stores in the area customer service wise. Great job!!!"
"I wanted to try a new apple crisp macchioto, but wasn't sure if I would like it or not. The barista said if I didn't like it he would make me something else. When I tasted it, it only needed a little more apple syrup and it was fine. The service was great and the atmosphere was as well."
"Staff was nice and friendly. No drive thru so it gets a little busy. For how many people they serve they handled it very well and didn’t make you wait too long for your orders. Most shops like this seem stressed out and are making wrong drinks and dropping and spilling things. This one was not like that. Very calm but good pace."
"A quick stop in to star bucks was both disappointing and rewarding. I was disappointed because although this Starbucks had upgraded to preordering and including new items like the plant based sandwich, there were none available. This restaurant was located in an easy-to-reach plaza with lots of available parking. The facility was clean with lots of tables for a sit-in dining experience, plus outside tables for outside dining. Service was quick, and cashier polite. On top of that, the hot chocolate and scones ordered were delicious - as expected, but that’s the Starbucks way. :-)"
