"The experience at this establishment was amazing the servers were very attentive to me being a first time customer and went above and beyond to explain the menu and any questions I had about the food and drinks. I ended up getting the vegan breakfast burrito and the vegan breakfast sandwich. My favorite this time around was the vegan breakfast sandwich which came out on a bed of spinach. So if you are in this area please check them out. I will definitely stop by here again before heading out."

"My spouse and I drove into Huntsville looking for a nice place to get great coffee and breakfast. We found a gem! We greeted as we came through the door and the staff was eager to assist us. We ordered the BOM BOM Açaí Bowl, breakfast bean burrito, Bootlegger coffee and the Vegan Breakfast sandwich. Yes, we wanted to try a few items on the menu. All of it was great! I highly recommend the Bootlegger and BOM BOM Acai Bowl. What a treat! We left satisfied and we look forward to our next visit. The assistant manager was friendly and helpful as well. Poor Service: The service was significantly lacking. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting customers and there was a noticeable delay in getting attention. P 2. Unaccommodating Staff Attitude: The baristas came across as conceited and arrogant. It felt like they were not open to engaging with customers or addressing their needs. 3. Rigidity in Drink Preparation: I was particularly disappointed by their inflexibility in customizing drinks. They strictly adhere to their standard method, showing no willingness to pool shots or adjust to customer preferences. This rigidity detracts from the customer experience, especially for those of us who appreciate a more personalized touch in our coffee. In conclusion, while I had high hopes for Honest Coffee Roasters, the lack of customer-focused service and flexibility significantly marred my experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, and improvements are made to better cater to customer needs and preferences."

"The coffee here was good. The latte I ordered was light, foamy, and smooth. This shop is located downtown and creates a nice atmosphere in the shop by adding a little greenery which is always nice. Would recommend if in the area."
