"First time me and my family visited this place it was so amazing not gone lie you see me and my family are originally from Illinois and we’re we come from there is a portillios out there so when someone told my mother that they have the best and yet only Italian beef that tasted like Chicagos I definitely had to get it for myself my mother and sister got the exact same thing well dipped. I’ve never tasted anybody’s Italian beef like this other then Chicago but it was so worth it going for that drive in all I would come back again the owner himself mr steve was so nice in all. there bathroom was very cleaned there sink was like a marble sink it was so cute the environment it self was a very comfortable place thank you to ms Jessica for her kindness as well mr steve allowed my mother to take pictures in all in as well he got one with her I would recommend them to anyone any time"

"Very charming restaurant! I loved the Chicago Dog, it was huge! Husband loved the Italian Beef. I tried it too and loved it. (& 2 drinks $25) Will definitely be back soon!"

"I gave 2 stars for the atmosphere because the restaurant is visually appealing and the cashier was very nice even when I called to complain (hated to do it, but had to) and offered to remake our sandwiches - see below: I ordered three sandwiches to go. My husband's sandwich was fine. The other two were BLTs. One was on wheat bread and the other on a tomato basil wrap. I asked for easy mayo on both BLTs. We got home and first noticed both sandwiches were drenched in mayo and the wheat sandwich had only 1.5 thin slices of bacon. On the wrap were 4 tiny pieces of bacon smaller than a quarter (it took a while to find them). We basically received two lettuce and tomato (with heavy mayo) sandwiches. They were slimy and disgusting!!! I called the establishment to let them know and they remade the sandwiches without attitude or blame (the norm these days). The remakes were better, but still had very little bacon. (They were BLTs!). Also, as we were waiting for our food, we noticed food debris on most surfaces and the floor. A substantial trail of ants were present and feasting on the food on the floor under the table by the window. Tables and most surfaces looked like they hadn't been wiped in a while. Please look at your cash register where people order and linger; it's filthy. To the owner, I noticed someone else commented on your uncleanliness and you refuted them. If they saw what we saw, they were correct. PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY!!! You could make people sick. We will not be returning."

"First time stopping in and I absolutely loved it. I had two hot dogs, the Chicago dog and also the Sho'nuff dog and both were incredible. The service I received was top notch. All I can say is that they will see me much more often, im upset I haven't been sooner!"

"First time at Tastee’s and we ordered for a family of 7 (we ordered the #2, 3, and 10). The food was tastee indeed! The staff was friendly and the combination of sandwiches, hot dogs, ice cream (Mayfield), breakfast items, and coffees is a great idea. We only ate the sandwiches this time, but look forward to going back and trying their hotdogs and coffee too! (FYI, as of our visit, they no longer sell soup)"
