Starbucks

"I don’t want to be this person cause I’ve never had an issues with this Starbucks, they’ve always been great (besides wait times but that’s nothing they can help with they get slammed with a hundred mobile orders.) However the last couple of times I’ve been I’ve gotten a drink that’s barely 3/4 the way full and with no whip cream. The first tjme was whatever but the second is just somebody not knowing what they’re doing. I love the employees there and again I hate leaving a bad review but it’s just disappointing to get a half empty drink."

"Usually this location is really good at getting my orders correct. The last two times I've gone through the drive thru and order a Venti White Hot Chocolate, I've been given a Venti White Mocha, this has coffee in it, not what I asked for! But by the time it is cool enough for me to try it I am miles away on the other side of town. Somebody need to explain the difference between the two drinks to the Baristas and those taking the orders. The Double smoked bacon sandwhich was lacking as well. 1 small slice of bacon! Really!? Yall can do better, I know you can! Was not happy tonight!"

"Seriously the longest I have ever waited at a Starbucks! I went in and it was we 9:54 in the morning and there was no one ahead of me, there were a few cars in the drive through. I waited 7 minutes before the lady finally helped me. She then did other work and my checkout took another 4 minutes, not that there was anyone else there. Then she put my sandwich in the oven, she could have done this while I was waiting to pay. Numerous other people came in after me and got their drinks. I asked another service rep about my food and was glared at and told they were working on it. Finally after waiting another 5 minutes she asks my name and hands me my sandwich. Once opened I realized they burned it because they probably forgot about me. Literally took over 20 minutes to get a sandwich. Will never go here, find another Starbucks."

"Every time I come here I’m never disappointed. The service is great! So friendly! I don’t even mind tipping in drive thru since their service is so awesome! I always get a filled cup! Some places fill up to an inch or more from top and that’s very aggravating since you pay for a full cup. And it cost to buy Starbucks. For the two drinks in picture I got, we paid about $14. We got a venti white chocolate frappe & a strawberry refresher. Both were delicious and filled almost to the top! That makes me happy! As busy as they are, in such a busy location, I’m super happy with how they run things! I’ll go out if my way for this Starbucks location!"
