"I accidentally ordered my drink on the app to the wrong store. When I asked if there was any way they could make it there, they told me no. Terrible customer service, I’m from the restaurant industry. Mistakes happen, as a company you would think it would be no big deal to make the drink to satisfy a customer. Not impressed at all."
"Slow. Employees dont know how to run a Starbucks. And the old lady that’s here needs to pick up the pace. I’m worried she will sleep forever before my drinks made. Also no one washes their hands here and that’s pretty gross. Especially for people with allergies"
"Extreamly crowded and the place is small. The menu is short and hard to understand and the prices are insane and the workers are so busy its hard to talk to them. I like the few things i have been able to afford or I could understand to order but its not the place for me. I dont have the money or the patience to come to starbucks more than that 1 or 2 times. If i had a starbucks gift card and maybe a few suggestions of what to order then I might give it a try and change my mind but until then......"
"First time at a Starbucks and the cashier Tianna was super patient and sweet. She made me feel welcomed and it was a good feeling to see her taking her health seriously. (She wore a hair net, and a mask) I’m so happy she was welcoming and caring. Keep her around. Edit: Went back today, and Shiniah was absolutely amazing. Who ever is hiring your morning staff is doing a great job. My experience with this location has been great. The drinks I order were nice too, but I highly value human interaction."
"I love my coffee. However, this location on Hwy 72 is tied for literal slowest Starbucks ever. They hold the tie with a location in Slidell, La. It does not matter if there is only one car in front of me, or five, there is at least a 10 minute wait, every single time! Half the time the wait is 15+ minutes! Unfortunately, they have the drive thru setup up so you can't escape once you enter, so if you decide to go through, you have to fully commit to waiting lengthy periods for your coffee!"
