"I received a new Weber grill. I had been told with my old one if I needed any help, to let them know and they would come out. I live in Clay, so for 3 weeks I’ve been waiting for them to come and assemble it. After multiple calls to them, I get a call telling me he would be out if I give him my charge card number for $125.00. Very poor business. Should’ve never told me they’d be glad to help if they were going to rip me off. Can’t trust them. They say one thing and change what they promised. But you’ve got to know the whole story. I guess live and learn. And there you go. We all see how they are now with their response…. Very unprofessional."
