"My husband and I bought a couch at the end of February and completely paid for it. Got a call on March 2 saying it was ready for pick up. Called back later that day and they said it was an error on their part and that it wasn't in. Told it would be in March 8th. Today is March 7th and got a call saying it won't be in until March 21. I was planning on buying a dining room set, a mattress and a few other things but due to THIS experience I'll take my business elsewhere. This is a headache. I'm so upset with this whole mess."

"Sold my a hunk of junk this bed broke 2 months after I received it. I called and told the store they informed me they couldn't help me. They guys that came out were unprofessional and ghetto they put my bed together wrong that's the reason it came apart. Take my advice try rooms to go or one of the rental furniture stores you will get professionalism and good quality furniture."

"Nov. 1, 2019 I did write a review that I posted below but I went back today and had Anthony for a salesperson and everything went well between me and him so far. Bought $1,000.00 right at so we'll see after they deliver my recliner chair this Thursday. The $99.95 delivery fee is much to high but, What the Hell! They're going to get you no matter what. June 24, 2019 Let me update what I wrote below. When I bought the kitchen table I was told by the sales person Bree that she added Insurance to the account and I didn't say anything at that time. The Insurance is to pay for any damage that may happen to the table and 4 chairs. "Anything" rather you cause it or any defects. Today I received a letter from a company Lyndon Southern Company out of FL. I thought this was from the Insurance Co. that she told me she'd added but I called the number that was on the letter only to find out that she (Bree) had also added to my account another type of Insurance that she hadn't even ask me at the sell if I even wanted them two. Today after getting that letter and to find out the number with that company wasn't their number at all. I then called the store where I'd bought the table to find out what this company meat. The guy I talked with said they added this other Insurance to cover the monthly payments in case I weren't able to pay if I get sick or die then this Insurance covers those payments or in full if I die then balance would be paid off. The problem here is this. Bree never ask me if I wanted these 2 coverage of Insurance. By law you don't have to take out any places Insurance to purchase their items. I ask today if I could drop those coverage only to be told I couldn't drop them off my bill but, if I don't have to use either coverage while I'm paying on the account they will credit the money that's paid in. This is BAD business. You should be ask if you want this Insurance. Be wormed customers of Badcock&More ways of taking you. I'll pay this bill off but this guy will not be a returning customers ever! I was welcomed and treated with respect by Bre the sales lady. If you go in tell Bre that you read Mr. Lee's review on her. Just hope the niceness by all the people working there holds up as long as I keep doing business with this place because if they ever give me any problems they don't know who they'll dealing with. Don't get on this guy's wrong side! In his past years many people seem to be a friend but in the end they turn out to be wolves dressed in sheep skin. I trust, and that's my problem. You can't trust anybody today. Best to leave people alone before they twist everything you say to benenifit them."
