"Very poor customer service they are very rude and yell at you!! Dang I know restaurants get busy and things but there is no sense of being rude to customers and especially yell at them I highly recommend you not going there and would suggest that they get shut down!!!"

"I don't know the young man's name but he was friendly and smiled. You don't get that a lot anymore. I had a special order (I'm a wee picky) they were fast, my food was still warm when i reached home."

"This location is among the worst fast food places in Birmingham. While it's not the worst (another had a literal 10 year old taking money in a drive-through), this one comes a close second. From personal and patron experiences at nearby bars, this place is almost always out of a lot of menu items. The service here is also horrible! On my last trip here, I waited 10 minutes in the drive-through with no answer, thinking the speaker was down, again, I drove to the window, only to wait on 3 other cars, and when I got to it, I was told I'm not allowed to order at the window, drive around. I did and waited again. After I paid I was told to pull up by a lady who clearly was done working at this place and taking it out on customers (snarky looks were persistent, despite no verbal interaction but the order itself). When she brought the food out, she nearly threw it in my car window. This place is getting worse as the months go by and I only stop by to see if the staff and management has had an overhaul, because not having to drive all the way over to the hueytown location (night and day difference) would be much better."

"Congrats, Taco Bell, you have officially supplanted both McDonalds & Waffle House as the WORST eating joints in Bessemer. That, folks is an achievement considering their two neighbors located just across the Bessemer Superhighway are among the worst around. How did such an ascent happen? Three straight trips resulted in three straight "uhh....we aint got that right now." It'd been easier to say..."We dont have anything other than crumpled & crunchy nachos." Quesadilla? "Nope." Soft shell taco supreme. "Ain't got dat." Mexican pizza. "Uhhh, I done told ya we ain't got nutn but crumpled & crunchy busted nachos. If ya don't want dat, I can't help ya." The powers that be should take immediate action. The customer sevice is non existent. They couldnt care less if youre there or not. I guess they'd prefer you not be there because it takes real energy to rush over to the loudspeaker and say "We aint got dat." It expends energy. Its also dangerous running that fast in closed quarters while zooming in between heavy restaurant equipment housing hot grease. Not sure why hot grease is needed when you dont have any food to cook. The route could be negotiated by now with a blindfold because its traveled so often. Hire a robot and train it to sit at drive thru window & tell prospective customers, "We aint got dat," in an electronically synthesized voice. Send the rest of the shift home. It'll help you operate in the red much more efficiently."
