Little Caesars Pizza

"Second time in a row I ordered pretzel crust cheese sauce pepperoni online and got stuffed crust pepperoni with pizza sauce instead. After the first incident (which we ordered delivery and they took above stated wrong type pizza to wrong house and I felt like a porch pirate after calling and referred to customer service and door dash-yikes-delivering) I tried again a few months later via pick up. Not worth it. Again."

"When we ask for a normal classic sausage they always charge for the extramostbestest but give the classic without the extra sausages. My husband asked the girl why they keep charging him for that and don’t give it to him and she said “good night” and walked away. Def not ordering from there again they are cheating people out of their money."

"Do not come here. It has been a few years since I visited this location because of multiple previous service failures. I decided to give it another try. Tried to call the store to see if they are open and available for inside pickup if I order through the app. Nobody answered. Drove there and asked at the window if I could order through the app and I think she indicated I could. Drove back to the front, tried to order and it said the store is not accepting online orders. Went back to the window and placed the order. The crazy bread could have been confused for croutons, probably were made sometime in the morning (it was ~8:30 at night). The pizza was OK but somewhat undercooked. The crazy sauce was good. Overall I don't feel that corporate much less the franchise owner cares at all about this store because customers still visit it. The person who took the order was nice, order was accurate, and it did come out pretty fast. No reason to for them to waste money on a phone because they don't answer it and never did in the past. You can't go inside to pickup and can't order on the app even though the phone prompts you to MULTIPLE times. Its sad because Little Caesar's used to be really good and this store could possibly be really good at some point in the future but the only way to fix it is to hit the owners bottom line by not visiting this location and hope a new franchisee takes over who actually cares about providing a great product."

"Terrible. Did an online order, went at the correct time. Had to wait in drive through 30 minutes. The doors were locked, there were 6 employess that we saw mostly standing around. The front car had placed an order and waited in line until cooked, instead of driving around and parking. The employee guy would let some in to get food but not others. Food was a mess,"
