"This review is based on today, 12/13/23. Busy Drive Thru, they take the order, payment and hand you the bag so 5 Stars for her. However, a cold chicken quesadilla is never good. Then, charging me for chips and cheese that I did order but didn't get! Hate that I didn't check before pulling away because I found out once at home and found that they were NOT in the bag. I'm not happy about paying for something I didn't receive! Tried to call, and there was no answer! I want my money back. I'm not pleased at all."
"Tonight, I went to get food from this Taco Bell on Academy Dr. Bessemer, AL, and the food was terribly made to the point I could not just choke it up. I would usually just deal with it, but there was no way I could accept what I received. I ordered the Mexican Pizza, Crunchwrap Supreme, and Delux Cravings Box. The Crunchwrap was basically a hard shell inside of a soft wrap, and the Mexican Pizza was all cracked up. I pulled back to the drive-thru window and politely asked if the two items could be remade. The Mexican Pizza, although not made as it should have been was better than the first one given to us. On the other hand, the remade Crunchwrap Supreme was filled with sour cream. I drove to this location to avoid this type of issue, possibly happening at the Hueytown location."
"Just pick this order up! This is a mess! Nothing but lettuce, cheese, tomato! Hardly any meat. Didn’t get a picture of the chicken Chalupa’s. They are very small. Had to go back to the store after pulling off because I was missing two of them. I went against my own judgment because I had to stop going to Taco Bell but my kids wanted it. I spent $54 on absolutely nothing. Will not be back!!!"
